Order Form

Thank you for your interest in Church Street Cookies! If your order includes custom decorated sugar cookies, we ask that you give us at least two weeks notice. We only need a day or two for orders filled from the case. We will email you within twenty-four hours (or Monday if you placed a weekend order) to verify the details of your order. Then you will receive an emailed invoice. Once your invoice has been paid, we will add your order to our baking calendar.

Sugar cookies start at $3.25 per cookie. A complete list of prices can be found on Our Menu page.
